By submitting a Community Concern Form, you are demonstrating that you care about the people in our Carleton Community. Thank you. We will likewise take care to respect your privacy and offer you the support and resources you deserve.
We will respond promptly to your concern. Someone from the College (depending on the nature of your concern) will follow up with you- if you have chosen to leave your contact information- to make sure that we understand your concern and can discuss any next steps and possible support options for those involved.
Submitting a Community Concern form does not automatically start emergency/crisis response or the sexual misconduct complaint process. However, based on the information you share, the College may take some immediate action to ensure that our community members are safe and supported.
Is the person of concern a student, faculty, staff or visitor? Is the concerning behavior sexual in nature or a general concern? The various categories matter as you submit the community concern form, because the follow-up is different. Thank you.
